Robert Hardless has 40 years sales and marketing experience in the fields of aviation and destination tourism. He provides destinational marketing services and currently represents Tourism NT (the government instrumentality to promote tourism to Australia’s Northern Territory). He has advised on a number of UK and European ‘start up’ airlines. Robert is proprietor of RHA and the UK representative for Trans India Holidays, Royal Gulf Tourism LLC, Marine Tourism Holdings and The Great New Zealand Travel Company.
Ian Hawkes also has over 40 years' experience in travel industry sales and marketing having worked for BOAC, Qantas and latterly, AB Airlines. As managing director of associate company, Core Marketing Ltd., he provides the secretariat services for the Association of ATOL Companies (AAC) together with web and administrative services to many individual clients and SMEs. His managerial experience includes both UK and European sales and marketing responsibilities with particular emphasis on advertising, pricing and promotion.
